Concert Gallery Maison 44
Maison 44 was opened in
autumn 2002.
The
Concert Gallery’s approach is interdisciplinary and covers exhibitions,
concert presentations, readings, lectures and panel discussions
– incorporating scientific issues in the meaning of ‘to think
of science as being a form of art’.
Juxtaposing and connecting different disciplines and genres of art
is our attempt. Focusing on interrelations in content and message,
we want to open up discourses in the arts as well as in science
and religion.
Contemporary music and art
we are emphasizing on. Moreover, fostering cultural and international
exchange is another programmes attempt being realised already by Polish,
Lithuanian, Russian and Portuguese participating artists.
The
Concert Gallery thanks exhibitors as well as artists for their personal
engagement and personal commitment.
